da personalidade do cidad\u00e3o.<br \/>Vale ressaltar que a LGPD n\u00e3o tem como fundamento a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o do tratamento de dados, mas sim o encontro entre a seguran\u00e7a e a transpar\u00eancia na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es de pessoas naturais.<br \/>Assim, a seguir est\u00e3o alguns conceitos importantes previstos na
